Our tile has been installed!  Here it is in the mud room between the garage and on your way to the kitchen.

 The cement has been poured and the forms removed for the back steps...

And the driveway.  As you can see, Mason has already been testing the speed he can get on the slight slope of the driveway.

BIG NEWS!  Floors are going in!

 Reese and Jaylee in the Pantry

 Jaylee LOVES the house. Now that there are floors we can sit her down.  She loves to shout, bang her hand on the floor, and scoot around on her bum.

Those random yellow wires in the middle of the floor will give power to the outlets on our future kitchen island.

They also textured the ceilings.

 When we go to the house to see what has been done during the day we check out the garage to see what's in store for the next few days.  It looks like trim and doors are next!

Insulation in the basement has been put in.

Lots of insulation for a very large downstairs family room.

Looks like Jaylee and Reese both like the brick.

Mason dancing in the driveway to the beat of his own drum.  He also made the "train" of rocks.  Notice how it is curved at the bottom?  He was just continuing the line of the forms for the concrete.

The outside is really coming together.  We are wondering when the packages of shingles are going to come down off the roof.

A lot has happened in just a couple of days.  Brick is already half complete.  Forms have also been placed for concrete to be poured for the driveway and front and back steps.

Do you see what's on the wall in the garage?  Do you know what that means?

GARAGE DOORS!!

Not only are there now garage doors but we have texture on the walls as well. 

The texture is called "wholly smooth."

Nice and clean garage doors.  The 3rd car garage is for Mason's Gator.

We have tape and mud on the walls.  All the joints of the sheet rock were taped and mudded.
